Use our website to request a Laugh Factory decal. If you are in Los Angeles you can also pick on up at a Laugh Factory club. Then stick the decal to a surface and take a picture that's crazy funny. Then submit the picture using our website.
2. What do I win?
One Grand Prize winner will get $1000 in cash and $1000 in prizes. Two finalists will get $250 in cash and $250 in prizes.
3. How many photos can I upload?
You can upload as many photographs as you like. But in each picture the decal has to be affixed to a distinctly different surface.
4. Is there an entry fee?
No.
5. How will the photographs be judged?
We'll the pictures up for a vote. Every time someone votes thumbs up, your picture will get a +1. Every time someone votes thumbs down, your picture will get a -1. The final score will be the sum of all the votes. And the highest score wins.
6. Can I vote for my own picture?
Do you think Obama voted for McCain? Sure go ahead, vote for yourself.
7. Can I vote for myself twice?
You can vote on each picture once a day. So come back every day and vote again if you like. As a note of caution we will disqualify any person we detect is cheating to vote more than once per day on a given photograph.
8. The voting process seems complicated, why?
It doesn't seem fair if there were 1000 pictures to vote at once because some pictures would get buried at the back of the stack. So we decided to break up the voting into 6 lots, one lot per week. The winners of each lot will then compete for votes in the final round. We will email you when we start the vote on your photograph.
9. Can I use Photoshop to change the photo?
Yes, but at your own risk. We had better not be able to tell that you've manipulated the picture or we'll disqualify your entry.
10. When do I know if I've won?
We will begin the final round of voting on September 28, 2009. The winner and finalist will be announced on or about October 7, 2009.
