SEMIFINALIST
| 1. Each semifinalist will receive one-on-one training with one of the best comedy mentors int the world (Jamie Masada the owner and founder of the Laugh Factory). |
| 2. All 6 will be first pick for the Laugh Factory's Open Mic night which is every Tuesday at 6:30 PM until the final Laugh Bowl at the end of January. Jamie Masada will attend every Open Mic Night to work with each comedian individually to help prepare them for their set at the end of January. |
| 3. Each will receive $500 in Laugh Factory admissions. |
| 4. A custom made Laugh Factory jacket. |
FINALIST
| 1. Champion gets their own gig at the Laugh Factory. |
| 2. $5,000 in Laugh Factory admission. |
| 3. The 1st Annual Laugh Bowl Trophy, commissioned by Jamie Masada. |
| 4. Their name and school's name up on the Sunset Blvd. marquee. |
