The Laugh Bowl Campus Invasion and Battle is sponsored by Laugh Factory Inc. (Sponsor), 8001 Sunset Blvd., Hollywood CA, USA 90046.
2 Term
The booking period for the Laugh Bowl Campus Invasion will begin on Wednesday October 21 and end on November 11, 2009 at 6:30 PM. All participants must contact the Laugh Factory to be booked and scheduled.
The winner of the Laugh Bowl Campus Invasion will be announced on.
3 Who May Enter
Only currently enrolled students from UCLA and USC may enter the 1st Annual Laugh Bowl. All other applicants will be denied.
4 Right to Cancel or Suspend Contest
If for any reason the Laugh Bowl Battle is not capable of running as planned, due to infection by computer virus, blogs, worms, denial of service attacks, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Competition, Sponsor refuses the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel terminate, modify, or suspend the Competition. In such event, no prizes will be awarded. If Sponsor elects to cancel or terminate the Competition under any circumstances described above, Sponsor will not retain any rights in the uploaded videos.
5 Winners of Laugh Bowl Campus Invasion
Winners will be contacted and booked for the Laugh Bowl Battle. Winners will able be posted online at www.laughfactory.com/laughbowl.com.
6 Winners of Laugh Bowl Battley
Winner will be named the night of the Laugh Bowl Battle by a panel of comedians. Winner will get their own gig at the Laugh Factory, a Laugh Bowl trophy commissioned by Laugh Factory owner Jamie Masada, 5,000 worth of Laugh Factory gift certificates, and their name and school’s name up on the Sunset Boulevard marquee.
