No, you can order your drinks anytime during the show but before our server offers a "last call." Just fulfill the "Two-drink minimum" requirement by the show's end.

No. We do not accept cash for payment of tickets, beverages, or food.

We love serving you but don't like when our servers get stiffed. Patrons forgetting to settle a bill will be charged their total amount with an added 18% gratuity.

We do not require masks or proof of vaccination for entry. However, we welcome facemasks if they make you comfortable. Please be mindful of others and wash your hands often or use hand sanitizer.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds should you be unable to attend. However, we understand that sometimes plans change or things come up unexpectedly. So, if you contact us by phone 24 hours before the start time of your ticketed event, we will work to transfer your tickets to a future regular program, pending availability and some exclusions. This policy lets us offer your spot to another guest and helps us plan accordingly. Please note that we limit ticket transfers to once per ticket order.

Please take all the pics you want before the show, but once it's started, we strictly prohibit personal cameras, selfie sticks, and other production equipment during the show. If you are found to be recording or taking pictures, you will be asked to delete images captured and may be subject to rejection from the venue without the possibility for a refund. Small bags with a maximum size 12?(L) x 12”(W) x 3?(H), single-compartment bags, plush bags, and purses are permitted. You will be required to check anything larger at our ticket booth or asked to leave it at home. All bags are subject to search upon entry.

Guests are allowed into our showroom until 15 minutes after the show begins. We stop seating 15 minutes into the show to prevent any disruption to the performers. No exceptions and no refunds.

We believe in creating a fun and relaxed environment for our patrons, and we want you to feel comfortable while you're here. Accordingly, we do have a few guidelines for our dress code: - Wear clothes. We don't care what kind of clothes you wear, so long as you're wearing some. No birthday suits allowed (unless it's your birthday, and even then, please keep it covered). - No offensive or derogatory clothing. We're all about free speech and expression, but we want to keep things respectful and appropriate. Leave the offensive t-shirts and hats at home. - Wear comfortable shoes. We want you to laugh until your sides hurt, not because your feet hurt. So wear something that will keep you comfy awaiting entry and during the show. - No hats. Hat blocking is real. Keep them off your head during the show, please. - No beach attire. The Long Beach Laugh Factory is right off the ocean but please, change clothes after your beach day.
