Funniest Person in the World Contest Submission Guidelines
Eligibility
Open to comedians worldwide, ages 18 and up.
All participants must be able to perform in English or provide subtitles for their performance if in another language.
Submission Format
Submit a video of your stand-up performance, 3-5 minutes in length.
Video quality doesn’t need to be professional, but you should be clearly visible and audible.
Accepted file formats: MP4, MOV, or a YouTube/Vimeo link (set to public or unlisted).
Content Requirements
Original Material: The routine must be your own work—no recycled jokes or imitations.
Culturally Respectful: Avoid offensive or discriminatory content. We’re looking for universal humor that transcends boundaries!
Showcase your unique style, whether it's storytelling, observational, satirical, or character-based.
Judging Criteria
Originality and Creativity: How fresh and inventive is your comedy?
Delivery and Stage Presence: Are you engaging, expressive, and able to command attention?
Global Appeal: Does your performance have the potential to connect with an international audience?
Judges will consist of comedy professionals and audience voters from around the world.
Submission Process
Complete the official entry form on our website with your name, and video link or file.
Only one video submission per participant.
By submitting, you grant us permission to share your video on our platform and social media for contest purposes.
