Doors open 30 minutes before the scheduled showtime. We recommend arriving 30–45 minutes early to allow time for check-in and seating.

First Entry and VIP guests will be exclusively admitted for the first 15 minutes once doors are open. General Admission is admitted after this 15 minute period. Once General Admission is admitted, all seating is first come, first served, unless reserved seating is specifically included with your tickets.

Late arrivals will still be admitted but there may be seating limitations.

Yes. Guests must be 21 or older to attend independently. Guests ages 18–20 may attend when accompanied by someone 21 or older. Each guest 21 or older may accompany up to two guests ages 18–20. Guests under 18 are not permitted.

All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID for admission. Accepted forms of identification include a driver's license, state-issued ID, passport, tribal ID card, military ID card, or U.S. Permanent Resident Card.

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. However, if you're unable to attend your scheduled show, you may request to transfer your tickets to another show of equal value, subject to availability. Special Event and VIP Booth tickets are not eligible for transfers.

To request a transfer, please email [email protected] with your order details and the new date and showtime you'd like to attend.

All transfer requests, including your preferred new date and showtime, must be submitted before your originally scheduled show begins. Once your original show has started, tickets are no longer eligible for transfer.

In the unlikely event that Laugh Factory needs to cancel a show, we will notify ticket holders via email as soon as possible. Guests will have the option to transfer their tickets to another available show or receive a full refund to their original form of payment.

Each guest is required to purchase a minimum of two beverages from our menu during the show. Both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages count toward the two-drink minimum, and all beverages are purchased separately from your ticket.

This policy helps us support the talented comedians who perform on our stage while keeping ticket prices affordable. Please drink responsibly.

No! You may order your beverages separately at any time during the show, up until last call, which typically takes place about 20 minutes before the show ends. If you haven't fulfilled the two-drink minimum by last call, you'll be required to order any remaining beverages at that time.

Yes! Laugh Factory Hollywood offers a variety of food options, including pizza, salads, cookies, and more! Our waitstaff will be happy to take your order and serve you food and beverages throughout the show.

Outside food and beverages, including alcohol, are not permitted inside Laugh Factory Hollywood. Food and beverages are available for purchase from our menu during the show.

Laugh Factory Hollywood is a cashless venue. We do not accept cash for ticket purchases, food, or beverages. We accept credit cards, debit cards, and contactless payments, including tap-to-pay.

If you leave the venue without closing your tab, your card on file will be charged for the outstanding balance, including an automatic 18% gratuity for your server. We encourage all guests to settle their bills before leaving the venue.

Valet parking is available on Sunset Boulevard directly in front of Laugh Factory Hollywood. Valet services are operated by a third-party company, and rates may vary.

Street parking and public parking garages may also be available in the surrounding area. Parking rates vary, and guests are encouraged to carefully review all posted parking signs and restrictions.

Please note that Laugh Factory is not responsible for the services, operations, or conditions provided by third-party parking operators.

Guests are welcome to take photos before the show begins! However, once the performance starts, photography, video recording, audio recording, and the use of personal cameras, selfie sticks, or other recording equipment are strictly prohibited.

Guests found taking photos or recording during the show may be required to delete the content and may be removed from the venue without a refund. Phone calls and video streaming are also prohibited during performances.

All bags are subject to search upon entry. Small bags, single-compartment bags, plush bags, and purses are permitted, provided they do not exceed 12" (L) x 12" (W) x 3" (H).

Bags exceeding these dimensions must either be left with our security team upon entry or stored elsewhere before entering the venue.

Yes! Service animals trained to perform tasks for individuals with disabilities are welcome at Laugh Factory Hollywood in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

Service animals must remain under their handler's control at all times. Pets and emotional support animals are not permitted.

We're all about keeping things fun and relaxed at Laugh Factory Hollywood! There's no formal dress code, so come dressed comfortably and ready to laugh. We just ask that you wear clothes (yes, all the important ones), avoid offensive or derogatory clothing, and remove any large hats that might block someone's view for the show. Save the big hats for the red carpet!

Tickets may be available for purchase at the door, subject to availability. However, we cannot guarantee availability, as shows may sell out. We strongly recommend purchasing tickets online in advance to secure your admission.

Laugh Factory Hollywood hosts an Open Mic every Tuesday from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM, giving aspiring and experienced comedians the opportunity to perform on our iconic stage!

Sign-ups take place in person every Tuesday from 5:00 PM to 5:30 PM at Laugh Factory Hollywood. Advance registration is not available, and sign-ups close promptly at 5:30 PM. Late arrivals will not be eligible to sign-up or perform.

Performers are selected through a random lottery, with each selected comedian receiving 2 minutes of stage time to showcase their best stand-up comedy material. Signing up does not guarantee stage time, as we accommodate as many comedians as possible before the Open Mic ends at 6:30 PM.

The Open Mic is open to comedians of all experience levels. We encourage performers to treat their time on stage as an audition and come prepared with their strongest material. Whether you're stepping on stage for the first time or looking to take your comedy career to the next level, this is your opportunity to show us what you've got!
