Amy Schwartz is a Chicago stand-up comedian, writer, producer, radio host, and improvisor/ actor.  Amy is an alumni of The Second City, Western Michigan University, iO Theatre improv program and sitcom pilot writing comedy lab courses.

Amy performs at Zanies Comedy Clubs. Schwartz is currently a producer and performer on BAD Waves Remix at Laugh Factory. She was a writer and ensemble cast member for Outside The Box at Laugh Factory Chicago with Dave Helem and Lil Rel. She is a co producer and co-host on B.A.D. Waves Radio on que4.org. Schwartz is the creator, co-writer, and co-producer of the sketch show Mr. Pat’s 701 Club. Amy created, produced, hosted, and performed stand-up for Be@ch Party Comedy. She co-founded and performed in the improv group The Real Housewives of Chicago. Schwartz co-produced, performed stand-up and co-hosted Black Star Comedy and Secrets, Lies, and Albis.

She has written shows such as iPocalpyse Now! And acted in The Tonight of the Living Dead at Second City.  Schwartz has written and performed on the Mo Show and performs stand-up at Annoyance Theatre. She recently co-wrote four comedy pilots, which consist of two original comedy pilots, two spec scripts and is finished a screenplay.  You can see Amy performing stand up all around North America.  She has performed at in festivals such as Nerd Fest, Chicago Women’s Funny Fest and Gilda’s Laugh Fest.
