Brooks started his comedy career fresh out of high school in Iowa. During college, he performed throughout the Midwest and was a contributing writer for Collegehumor.com. After spending time performing in Chicago and studying at Second City, he moved to Los Angeles, where he is quickly being noticed for his unique stand-up.
