After years of being a fan of American stand up and following his divorce, Eduardo Talavera decided to change his life and try his luck on stage. He was fortunate to slowly get into the nascent scene of Mexico City. Gaining public acceptance he succeeded in performing in venues like Café 22, Far Crow, El Vico, El Foro Falcon, Foro A Poco No, Voila Acoustique, and El Teatro Del Hotel NH as opening act for Hector Suarez Gomis. Along with these performances, he participated as creator and performer at Cayendo Mal, a stand up show, which led him to be co-creator and host of mic nights open to anyone wanting to try their hand at stand up.
