You might know this comedian from…

Lisa Sundstedt is an accomplished stand up comic, writer, singer, actress and producer. Her first professional gig was singing and dancing at Tokyo Disneyland in Japan. She spent another few months singing on an Italian cruise ship, followed by four years on the road with the infamous 50's rock group "Sha Na Na". In 1995 her then-boyfriend said, "pretty women aren't funny!" so Lisa became a stand-up comic and created "Pretty, Funny Women"...the longest running all female comedy show in the country. Their relationship broke up, but her career took off and she immediately landed herself a big time Hollywood agent, a holding deal with Tri Star Television, and the Montreal Comedy Festival where she shared the stage with Ray Romano. She then booked the Chicago Comedy Festival, where she shared a room with Doug Stanhope. She has written on shows like “Girls Behaving Badly”, “The Chelsea Handler Show” and “Chelsea Lately”, “Coach Charming” for TLC and was a producer on “Parental Discretion with Stefanie Wilder-Taylor” for Nick Mom. She has done hundreds of national commercials and voice-overs, including campaigns for Vons/Safeway, Mattel, Ford, Kraft, and more.

Lisa produces live "Pretty Funny Women" shows at The Comedy Store in Hollywood, Flappers in Burbank & currently teaches stand up comedy classes for women in Los Angeles. Her hobbies include gambling and, well…that’s it.
