Rick started stand-up comedy at Stanford and Sons Comedy Club in Kansas City. After two years in the fast-paced, highly competetive Kansas City comedy scene, he oved to L.A. and started doing comedy full time. He has opened on the road touring with national headliners Andrew "Dice" Clay and Pauly Shore. Rick saw some great places with "Dice" like Miami, New York, and Vegas, livin’ the dream. He saw the worst parts of America with Pauly, like Dayton, Wichita, and Brownsville, livin' the Weasel nightmare. The unbelievable stories can be read in his soon-to-be-written autobiography On My Way Up, On Their Way Down: Rising From the Ashes of Hollywood Burnouts.
