A former court jester at the Camelot theme park where he presented more than 2,000 juggling shows, Steve Royle has supported both Peter Kay and Dave Spikey on tour.
As well as his stand-up, he is also co-founder of the Slaughterhouse- Live character comedy group.
His TV appearances have included Phoenix Nights, Max & Paddy's Road To Nowhere and Stand-up Britain. He also presents a Saturday lunchtime show on BBC Radio Lancashire and has been named Entertainer of the Year at the county's Red Rose Awards.
