Born and raised on the south side of Chicago, Barry Brewer began his comedic career in 2001. He has since traveled the country and abroad, performing at the nation’s top comedy clubs and colleges. As a stand-up comedian, Barry has performed on a number of high profile platforms, including television appearances on national networks, such as Comedy Central (Gabriel Iglesias Presents…), BET (Comic View) and TvOne (Who’s Got Jokes). His desire to express his comedic talent has expanded into the area of film: The Parking Lot and The Perfekt Plan, which he wrote, executive produced and starred in.
