Bridget Sell
Born in Boston and raised in Baltimore, MD, Bridget began her love of acting at the age of 8 in a theatre program called Lights, Camera, Action! Her inspirations include: Charlize Theron, Leonardo DiCaprio, Sophia Coppola, Sam Mendes, Cameron Crowe, and many more. In 2006, Bridget was accepted into the Theatre Department at Towson University where she thrived in dramaturgy as well as screenwriting. It was important for her to grasp the structure of all the great plays and films. In 2011, after graduating with a BA, she packed her car and moved to Hollywood, CA after being accepted in the Lee Strasberg Institute of Theatre and Film. Bridget studied many amazing things alongside 'The Method', such as dialects, dance, and film fighting. In 2012, she stretched her studies to the Upright Citizens Brigade Improv School, where she was quickly accepted into the Advanced Study Improv Program while juggling two Indie improv teams. In 2014, she became an intern at the UCB Theatre in Hollywood. Comedy began to take hold of Bridget and inevitably she quickly found joy in doing stand-up at such venues as the Comedy Store and Shakeytown Live. Scene study has always been an important part of keeping her theatrical mind active and she is currently taking classes at Lesly Kahn & Co. under the great guidance of Trisha LaFache. Bridget continues to create her own content and enjoys living in California where her career brings her happiness every day.
