Hunter Cope is an actor, writer, producer and director who has worked with Disney Channel, Nickelodeon, Stoopid Buddy Stoodios, Fuse TV, FunnyorDie and Montecito Picture Company. Hunter is currently a writer/co-producer on Disney Channel's Gabby Duran & The Unsittables. Prior to that, he was story editor on Blark & Son for Comedy Central Digital, based on the Instagram puppet show by Stoopid Buddy Stoodios. In 2016, he and writing partner Adam Aseraf completed the Disney Channel Storytellers Program where they developed their pilot Supernatural Squad with Kristofor Brown (Undeclared, Beavis & Butthead). Cope and Aseraf were also staff writers on the Emmy-nominated Sanjay & Craig for Nickelodeon and Walk the Prank for Disney XD. Cope is also the co-creator of You're So Hot with Chris Mintz Plasse & Dave Franco, a FunnyorDie web series that garnered millions of views. He also acted as story producer on It's All Possible, a 10-day cross country road trip with Chris Mintz Plasse and Dave Franco, sponsored by LG. As an actor, Hunter can be seen in the 2014 coming-of-age comedy Date & Switch and the 2015 indie The Submarine Kid, as well as in multiple web series' such as Megan Rosati’s 52 Ways to Break Up and Melissa Hunters' Adult Wednesday Addams. His latest short BOZO, which he wrote/produced/acted in, was featured on the prestigious online film festival Short of the Week.
