Josh Alton
Josh Alton is a rarity in the world of standup comedy - he’s an athlete turned comedian. Growing up, he was never picked on, beat up, or made fun of; but he has always enjoyed making people laugh.
Originally from Des Moines, Iowa, Alton eventually hung up his cleats and shoulder pads, grabbed a microphone and a note pad, and moved to Chicago. Now he tours all over the country as a city comic with rural sensibilities.
Alton has studied improv at Chicago’s famous, The Second City Theatre, and has made several TV appearances. He was featured in the comedy documentaries, “Road Dogs” and “American Smartass”. Don’t miss your chance to catch this rising star!
