Robert Powell III aka RP3 started doing comedy in college as a dare and has been doing it ever since. Slowly but surely he's built up a comedy resume that has included hosting, opening, feature, or touring with the likes of Kevin Hart, Lil Duval, Rickey Smiley, Mike Epps, DL Hughley, Rodney Perry, Cedric the Entertainer, Ron White plus many more. On the concert side, he has been blessed to share the stage with Ludacris, Fantasia, Monica, Frankie Beverly and Maze, Faith Evans, Webbie, Boosie, Lil Wayne, Anthony Hamilton, Avant plus MANY more. 

He is a member of the Association for the Promotion of Campus Activities (APCA) and has served as host of the APCA conference in Houston, Texas. Because of the high demand for his quick wit and seemingly innocent blue humor he branched off hosting numerous Greek shows but RP3 is a stand up comic at heart and so touring the comedy club circuit and college shows are his first loves.  

Robert was blessed to be named Louisiana's Comedian of the Year 3 years in a row as well as discovered by Top Executives of Shaq All Star Comedy Jam in February 2011 at their first Shaq Next All Star Competition which led to his current spot on the Shaq All Star Comedy Jam Tour 2012/2013. Robert Powell III opened for Earthquake on his 2012 Tour dates. Don't blink because RP3's comin' off the bench - he's got next!
